Lacole was so kind and helpful with my car! Got me exactly what I needed!!
The lady at the front desk was impatient The final cost was more than I expected but not too outrageous I was charged for fuel when I left the tank full, and I was charged for cleaning when the car was cleaner than when I picked it up (about $50 total) The car was mostly clean but not pristine (small scraps here and there, signs of spilled drinks in the cup holders) Erryonne Watts was very helpful, I think the people who help you find the car do a good job Overall, I would probably go with a different company next time, but ... read more
Jonathan was extremely helpful and professional. The vehicle clean and smelling great. Lamar, who I believe is one of the managers handed the vehicle to Jonathan to get cleaned up and it was professional courteous and very expedient with bringing the vehicle back. Thank you so much.
