It is worest car rental agency. I reserved a car 3 days ago. They took all information and the payment card information. Then the day after they sent an email to have your cat, the day before receiving the car sent another email that your car is ready at 3 pm. When I arrived to office at 3 pm. Trust all BAD REVIEWS. This place is literally a SCAM . READ ABOUT ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT MONEY SCAM THAT THIS LOCATION RUNS!!! They will overcharge your card after you return the vehicle. I paid 351$ (200$ deposit and 151$ rental). I returned the vehicle with full fuel tank. They charged my card for 191$ WITHOUT ANY REASON. I called to ask what happened, PHONE WAS ANSWERED BY HALF BRAIN PERSON who didn’t know how to speak , I spent 15 min on the phone with her , she COULD NOT EXPLAIN how and why I was charged for .
