HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This is the second time I’ve rented from this location and I will never again! Customer service is very unprofessional. Booked a reservation a month in advance and when I went to pick up my car they tolls me my car wouldn’t be ready until 2 1/2 hours after the agreed upon request. Arrive to this facility and the rep was very unprofessional and not accommodating. Yall seriously need to close this location because it’s truly no point. Why nobody ever answer the phone when I say never i can call from the morning all the way until closing time dont nobody ever pick up that phone especially when people may have e questions...I was told its a smaller place there is no way they are always busy if there are never any cars available...I dont hurt to answer the phone and answer people questions.

Great customer service from TaKia and Lamar. They accommodated and helped us a quickly as possible. The car was clean and a full take of gas.
