If you drive for Uber they will reserve a car but when you get there no car. They have tried to make some changes since my complaint. Be concerned you may arrive and find no car .

Not me personally, but my brother just rented a car there for our family reunion and they charged him additional $140 for having a car an extra 15 minutes
