Always a great experience
I made a reservation for my adult (<25) daughter. They did a 'courtesy call' and told her to come in early because they may not have cars (even though reservation!) and would be closing right about the time her reservation started. Of course, that caused her to go 25 hours on the rental -- the young driver fee ($27) is a fixed fee per day, so it added the second day. They told her this at her arrival, so she didn't have any other options to find a car on a moment's notice. They offered no flexibility. Plus, the car smelled l... read more
Doesn't keep their own appointment time. For a supposed concierge service. Ruined thousands in planning.
I have always had a wonderful experience at this Avis location. Fast, efficient and friendly. When possible they go above and beyond for their customers. Please consider this Avis location next time you have a rental car need.
I have rented here 3 times and I plan on doing it many more times.
