Booked my rental weeks in advance to plan for a trip. 10 minutes before my rental time I receive a phone call telling me they have no cars available and won’t have anything for me the rest of the day. Team member on the phone had horrible customer service skills. Told me he had 4 other people waiting with no cars too and couldn’t help me. This is my go-to car rental place. The team is incredibly nice and fast. My reservations have always been honored and the cars have always been in impeccable shape.
