I strongly recommend booking elsewhere. I prepaid for a full-size SUV specifically for the capacity of a Yukon-class vehicle. Upon arrival, I was told it was unavailable and offered a significant downgrade to a Kia or a Ford Explorer. The staff claimed a "grounding recall" was the reason, but as someone in the automotive industry, I know this to be false. We booked a one way rental from the Key West location to Ft. Lauderdale Airport. The rental dates was March 26 to March 29. The agent at the desk was kind and courteous but that is where it ended. She gave us the keys to the rental and the contract but didn't bother to walk us out to the car. We had some difficulty finding the car in the parking lot because of where it was parked. Rented Mustang convertible a few days ago and the car was damaged in the front left bumper . Had representative come out and document damage . Got in the car and it was filthy , needed washed and trash was left inside the car . Had to wash the windows myself because they were so dirty that I was having a hard time seeing due to the sunlight . We rented a mustang convertible in Key West Fl from Avis well in advance of our trip. The pickup counter was very busy, the man that assisted us was polite. He offered us the Gas Service Option, he made it sound like we would be charged for the gas we used. We agreed to that. We only used 9 gal of gas we were charged for a full tank of gas.
