Avis has been the worst car rental experience I have ever had. It was a short trip Tri-Cities to Portland, I returned the car in optimal conditions just to learn I was charged $624 dollars for windshield glass damage. That is bullshit. I know there wasn’t any damage when I returned it. Weeks later I got another charge for $284 dollars for glass calibration. I feel this company is dishonest and won’t use their service again.

Be ever so wary of Budget and Avis. Without question, this station pads charges every single time I have rented. I cannot believe it has taken me this long to realize the predatory nature of their employees. Adding fuel charges on a full tank, etc. DO NOT ASSUME just because you have a Fasbreak or President status, where they just hand you the keys - that you are secure in being charged accurately. Horribly dirty inside the car.
Scheduling the car through Avis’s website was simple and straightforward. Pickup was quick, and I appreciated the convenience of their after-hours key drop-off. However, I’ve now had the same issue twice at this location: my final bill included a $74 “Gas Service Option” that I never selected. I always prepay for my rentals and make sure to fill the tank before returning the car. I even take a photo of the gas receipt next to the odometer and fuel gauge as proof.
