My trip to Tri-Cities has only just begun and I’ve already had a terrible experience right off the plane. The Avis desk representative was rude and extremely unprofessional - she treated the older gentleman in front of me with complete disrespect all because he couldn’t hear her very well. Pickup of my prepaid car went fine, Unfortunately afterwards I got charged another $ 60 for "non package items". After calling customer support I learned that this is for personal effects protection insurance, which I did not purchase or was asked about. Now I have to deal with this nonsense. They are even scamming "AVIS Preferred" members. That was not very nice, Ciara!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Avis, thanks to Jason, the manager. After returning our rental car and dropping the keys in the overnight box, we realized—too late—that we had left a bag inside. Since the counter was closed at 4 AM, we had no way to retrieve it before heading home to Canada, and we were panicked that it was lost forever. Thankfully, Jason went above and beyond to help us. I rented here every time I fly in for business in pasco tri cities Washington up to know. This is a horrible place. I left my headphones in my rental when I returned. I was able to call customer service to which they said yes it had been found but I have to file claim on their website. But the location is not on the list. Again call customer service and it's impossible to even get a agent at that location. Don't rent from here because once they get your money there will be no customer service at all.
