This is now the third time I’ve made a reservation and paid an uber to bring me to this location and they have no cars. Two things I hate to waste is time and money.

Please trust the reviews that has been written on the post this specific location needs to be shut down for business seriously. From the agents who work at the location are completely rude and lack of service and damaged vehicles and over charges

Everytime I come here there is some sort of issue. The most recent was 2 days ago. I rented and reserved a car. I arrived at the location at 5:52 pm. There was a closed sign showing and the lights were off. But yet on the door are the business hours that clearly show that they are open until 6 pm. I will never use this location again. I had to reserve a car through the airport that ended up costing me more money.

If you must rent from Avis, skip this branch and go straight to the airport. This location has low inventory and is unlikely to be accommodating, especially on short notice. My husband booked a car here the afternoon before we intended to pick it up — less than 24 hours in advance. When we arrived, we were told they would not honor our reservation because of the short booking window. If I could give them a ZERO review I would. I rented a SUV in advanced and when I got there they refused to rent me one of their SUV’s because they had low mileage and my rental was for one-way. I was told this was the policy of the owner, Christian. The only thing they were willing to rent was a Sedan and they wanted to charge me more money. This is inexcusable! Never again Avis. I rent cars several times a month and you have lost my business!
