Deon at the Birmingham airport location was great!!! Our flight was interrupted due to bad weather from Phoenix to Atlanta, we were rerouted to Birmingham. All the rental car agencies were out of cars. Deon went above & behind with the Avis staff to get us in a car to drive to Atlanta. If it weren't for Avis, I think we would still be in Birmingham. THANKS AVIS!!!!

The desk guy wasn’t helpful, but the manager and booth workers were. They were great help getting me on the road and at a great price!

I booked a supplier’s choice reservation while traveling out of state. I was offered either an electric car or a minivan, and I told the agent I preferred an economy car. He said no other vehicles were available and told me he could cancel my reservation since those were the only options. I then rebooked through Priceline, and the reservation was sent back to Avis, where I was given a mid-size car. The agent provided poor customer service and repeatedly over explained , likely because he knew he was being unhelpful.
