Slow service. Car is dirty. Had a long wait even though I prepaid for the vehicle and shared my flight info. Don’t usually rent from Avis. This experience won’t change my opinion much. Had to update my review. While in our trip the rear view mirror fell off while driving. I was also contacted by Avis and told we would be credited $75 towards our trip. That didn’t happen. Instead we were charged over $100 for fuel when I prepaid the day of pick up. This is by far the worst branch of Avis and I can see why they gave a 3.4 star... read more

Waited over an hour to receive a dirty car even though I had a reservation. Staff was incredibly rude.

I dropped off my rental car at Avis and later realized I had left my bag in the car during the drop-off. Adena Williams( Supervisor) was very helpful, took my description, checked carefully, and went to lost and found. Fortunately, she found my bag and made sure I got it back safely. I really appreciate her kindness, patience, and excellent customer service.
