The worst car rental agency I ever had the misfortune to use. Slow and hostile you would think I was inconveniencing them by pre-booking and showing up when I am supposed to. Rude and impolite and unhelpful HORRIBLE staff.
Mixed experience. I reserved a Chevy Suburban (or similar) months ahead of my 3 week family vacation for approx $1550. Arrival and receipt of the vehicle was fine but there were immediately many issues: * vehicle was 2.5 years and 69k miles(!) old * my rental started on 9/14 and the car had just been registered on 9/8 in Florida and transported to Alabama. Great experience, except for when returning car about 5 AM I could not find Anyone. Could not find any signs or instructions on what to do left vehicle beside the havist, building with keys on the dashboard very concerning
