THEY ARE RENTING CARS TO ICE DONT SPEND MONEY HERE
Clark street is a tricky place. When you return, you must enter exactly the same way you exited. It costs seventeen dollars if you go the other way, even if you come out immediately. You also need to watch for the light and the siren to avoid oncoming cars. Staff is friendly, but apparently a lot people fall for the design trap.
The location is not reachable when problems occur. I tried calling them directly but you’ll automatically get sent to a customer service somewhere in the US. The “customer service” will tell you in an unfriendly manner that you’re not calling the right location. The number I called is listed for this exact location on their website. Besides that our car stopped working during our travels. It was exchanged but we had to organize the exchange at one of avis locations.
