After seeing the many negative reviews, I was quite nervous about what to expect from this AVIS location. However, I received my car quickly. The only downside was that the car wasn’t cleaned properly (seats, rear end) and I got no status upgrade. Return at O’Hare was hassle free.
Don‘t go there! Complete rip-off and extremely unfriedly staff. Think about profit only and don‘t care about you as a person or customer. Like crooks they take your money and even lie to you. Avoid this place and you feel much better!
