Had a very strange and very shady experience with the Avis location located at 1830 S. Wabash this morning. Made a reservation, came in this morning to pick up the rental for a single day rental- total was $77 which I paid online with my Amex. Right off the bat, they said I had to use another card to pay for third party liability. I told them that the coverage was already supposed to be included in the $77. They have good service when I walk in to get a rental I highly recommend them due to they let you use a debit card.
