I regularly rented cars from here once a quarter and always dealt with something disappointing. Most recently, returning the car three-quarters full as i picked it up with photo evidence and still was charged $40+ for gas. After calling three times to request a refund, I was told "don't worry, it's processing," yet I never got my money back. Slowest service. Any question asked, the answer is always - ‘Sorry can’t do anything, system doesn’t let me’ It’s been an hour already for me to wait, seems like more. Don’t book your car through this location
