We often rent from AVIS car rental place in Trenton Airport cos it’s near us. BUT the availability of car is not reliable nor totally clean cos it seems they only do a rush job vacuuming the inside. At times, when they’re busy, a proper wash is not done. This last time, from NJ to JFK, I swear our Avis rental has old cigarette smell!!!!! Avis used to have a much better brand and in delivering their promise. BUT over the years, especially after Avis and Budget merged, their service has dramatically declined!
