Juana is cool. Chicago traffic not so much. Great customer service, convenient location.
Juana has been excellent and i’ve been coming here over a year - she always goes above and beyond to help us get squared away smoothly
Specific to the Chicago drop off: It has a sign near the key drop. But go down in the elevator to 1/ground, turn left and then you'll see it in about 50 yards, passed the bar/restaurant. Hand over very easy. Rental was easy in USA.
Yesenia and Nestor are awesome. Been coming here for over a couple years and in and out within 5 minutes. My go to Avis!
