You would think that for an airport that is so busy you would have more than two employees at the counter The wait was too long.
What a horrible experience renting from O’Hare Airport. Despite being an Avis Preferred member and prepaying for my reservation in full, the car I reserved was not at the location indicated in the app. I arrived an hour early anticipating large crowds, but instead of a smooth process, I had to flag down multiple Avis employees and practically plead with them to secure a minivan.
