Really 0 stars . These shysters sold me a used Rolex 1016 Explorer I received it. I simply unwound the crown to give the Watch a little manual wind kickstart and the whole crown and stem assembly came right out in my fingers. I called them on immediately and pleaded ignorance in fact, blamed me for doing something to the Watch. I’ve been a collector for years.
