Avion Ridge is a great community! I' ve lived here 2 years. The office staff is very professional, friendly and accommodating. They make you feel welcome and have addressed any/all my concerns immediately, which have been minimal concerns. The maintenance team are fantastic! They work very hard to ensure the grounds are kept top-notch and apartments are very well maintained. The few service issues I have had were rectified immediately. We went to look at the units, two people in the office the grentlman could not answer correct questions. The woman was sitting at her desk eating we sat out in the atrium for 20 minutes before she offered to speak to us. She gave us paperwork with floor plans, sisn t offer to show us a unit. When we asked about pets, she snapped at us. When I asked about garages before I could get the question out she cut me off and said there is non available. So, I handed her back her paperwork and said, No Thank You.
I would never recommend this place. Looks nice at first, then you realize how cheaply put together this place is. First, youll hear EVERYTHING in the other apartment. Next, must love Silver Fish! Theyre everywhere. You will take a few with you when you leave, too. Dont pay \$60 extra for covered parking. Do like some, park there for free!!! They dont really know whats moved in as our newest neighbors had 5 people and 2 dogs in the 2 bedroom. Not only very unsanitary but very noisey. Do not move here! This place will only give you a headache. They are built very cheap so you get to hear things you should never have to hear. My neighbors have two dogs that bark nonstop when the tenats are not home. I have complained numerous times but nothing has changed and the police have been called twice because of the behavior of the young teenage girl that lives there. For the price you will pay here you could buy a house. Also the garages in the back of the complex flood in the summer time when we have a heavy rain... read more
I actually lived here for 2yrs and my experience was great! The office was very nice,helpful and always answered questions about any concern you may of had. The maintenance got things done on a timely manner..and if they couldnt they had a reason or maybe a part didnt come in but they would NEVER just leave you hanging. People mention price but honestly it keeps out all the white trashness so you pay what you get for in my opinion.My complex was very quiet and never had a problem with neighbors. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LIVE IN THE WORLDS WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX. THE APARTMENTS ARE BUILT VERY CHEAPLY AND THE FLOORS CREAK A LOT EVEN THOUGH THE APARTMENTS ARENT EVEN TWO YEARS OLD YET! I BROKE MY LEASE AND MOVED OUT EARLY-EVEN WITH THE PENALTIES THEY CHARGED ME, IT WAS WORTH IT BECAUSE THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY RUDE AND THE COMPLEX IS FILLED WITH TYPICAL ARNOLD HOOSIERS.
Parking is horrible and I was told it was ok to park in the handicapped spaces by the office when the office was closed. I recently was ticketed not once but twice at a \$100 bucks apiece. I stopped parking there after first one the other came by mail. When I called the officer that issued one of the tickets he said just have someone from the office call. When I called the office and spoke with Peggy she was nothing shy of extremely rude. First said the police shouldnt be coming in there its private property, I informed her ... read more
WOW!! I just moved into Avion Ridge I received a great move in special and I love my new apartment. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I got to meet my new neighbors at a resident dinner hosted by the manager Tasha at the clubhouse. I love tanning and working out in the fitness center, the best part is that it is all FREE. Im saving \$\$ on Tanning & Gym memberships!!I reccomend this place to anyone looking for a new apartment.
