The property was fine. However, the 3 stars is for staff performance. I Initially dropped in on Saturday no appointment! The girl was nice and scheduled a tour for Sunday which was completely understandable since I didn’t have an appointment. However, my appointment was rescheduled for a later time and I didn’t know it. Usually, I get notified via text or receive a call. But they sent an email and I didn’t know it. Recently moved into the complex and so far I absolutely love it! The location, price, management, maintenance, and community are all great! I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking to rent in San Diego!
First off I am so glad me and my partner did not move here. I ALWAYS read reviews about potential residences before I even tour so one review that stuck out to me was when someone else said they felt their tour was extremely rushed. I toured yesterday and I felt the exact same way. I toured with Anthony and he took me past the gym(I wanted to go inside and look at everything), looked at a small section of the pool area, and then we quickly went on a golf cart to tour the actual unit. Having lived there for 5 years I had a great experience in the complex. The staff was always super attentive and anytime I would put in a request for repairs it would be taken care of in a couple of hours and emergency repairs will be done within less than an hour. The apartment was large and have a great open living room and a big kitchen island. I would not recommend living here. The management is disorganized and there is a lack of communication on a rudimentary level. I have had a leak in my apartment since I moved in that has gone unaddressed for what is approaching on a year.
