I lived here for six years and watched the property decline dramatically, especially under the most recent management. Update: The management’s original response to this review — which stated we had failed to provide proper documentation for our accommodation request — briefly disappeared from public view. Update to add: they are trying to scam me out of an additional months rent by claiming an early move out, but yet the documents that THEY signed state that we are doing everything legally and properly and are NOT breaking the lease. And after we are moving out because they cannot provide disability accomidations and the stairs were too difficult to navigate after diagnosis. Despicable. Okay place for okay costs. The property was fine. However, the 3 stars is for staff performance. I Initially dropped in on Saturday no appointment! The girl was nice and scheduled a tour for Sunday which was completely understandable since I didn’t have an appointment. However, my appointment was rescheduled for a later time and I didn’t know it. Usually, I get notified via text or receive a call. But they sent an email and I didn’t know it. Recently moved into the complex and so far I absolutely love it! The location, price, management, maintenance, and community are all great! I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking to rent in San Diego!
