If I need to rent an apartment again, the only place I’ll rent at is Avion! This apt fulfilled all my needs for 5 years. The apartments are so big and I loved having a full size washer and dryer. The management took such good care of me and all my needs, they are fast fixing things, the parking lot is always clean, and so nice. I always felt at home at Avion, Angie is just so nice. From my first day 5 years ago until now, I was so proud to call this place my home.

Have been a resident for going on 4 years and love my home here! It literally checked every box on my wish list. The Avenue5 staff are absolutely awesome, a pleasure to work with, always attentive to what you need when. They do their best to accommodate. The maintenance staff is much improved over what we had prior to Avenue5 management. Kudos to the Avenue5 staff, Great Job!
We moved out, left the unit just like we first moved in... deposit was not refunded to us, but instead got a print out on everything they had to fix, hire people to clean it again, n bunch of other bs... and utilies here are more expensive than you be paying for your own house... ��
Love the office staff ! Seen a huge difference since Avenue 5 has taken over .
