Don’t fall for the marketing, it’s not cycling, swimming and tennis, it’s walking frames and wheelchairs. It’s not independent living, the developers (Hampshire) are extending restrictions, the pool area has been closed for at least 6 months, with no sign of it reopening it’s now permanently restricted. I wonder how much money Hampshire are making by not running a pool and sauna, while we are still being charged 100% rent?
