Excellent experience here. I’ve never had a gynecological exam, but Dr. Stroup put me at ease and answered all my questions. Front desk and nursing staff are very nice as well!!
I am absolutely horrified with my experience. The check in process was cold and unwelcoming as a first time visitor. I will grant that the nurse who walked me back was very kind. However, I waited 45 minutes in the exam room. My apportionment was at 11, no one came in for the entire duration I was waiting in the exam room . I informed the nurse on my way out that I had still not been seen and I needed to reschedule. She apologized and told me that my doctor was delivering babies. This is completely acceptable.
