Well I gave this place a second try to lease after couple years ago not the best experience. Wife and I had a place we want to rent but can’t get hold of anyone in the office. I can only imagine what it’s like living there and needing something. Very unfortunate!
The front staff and maintenance crew have been great. The property itself is nice and always clean. The apartment is nice and the yard is nice to have as well. The front staff and maintenance always took care of any problems I had. Would recommend to anyone looking to move into the area
Loved this complex when I moved in but it has gone downhill since Lindsay left. I had to call multiple times for simple work orders and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Finally heard from Jolene(Mgr) who told me that email was her preferred communication method was email and that’s why she wasn’t returning my calls. She also mentioned they are short staffed (again). With the way Jolene spoke to me as if I was bothering her, I can only imagine why the office staff keep leaving.
This is a great property. Met with Jolene and did a walk through and tour. She is amazing, takes the time to answer our questions, very responsive to emails... Highly recommend!
