The homes and property were great several years ago when I first moved in Jan 2020. Over the years they have changed management and have fallen into slum level homes. Maintenance are unskilled and repairs take anywhere from 5 months to never, to get completed. They mark repairs as completed when they are not. They leave things half done and never come back.
