I rented a home from Jim for almost 5 years, and it was a great experience. Every maintenance issue was taken care of right away and I appreciated that he was fair with the deposit at the end. Jim is a good man.
I cannot say enough about Jim. Avilion Property Management was the first management company I called and I have never called anyone else or never will i need too. Jim is excellent and honest. I have four properties managed by Jim and just handed him the keys to the fifth. I am extremely happy to have Jim on my side and have built a great relationship with him.
