The rudest people in the business. The ugly heavy set lady in front was crazy rude and aggressive, when I asked her name she said; “#Nunya’ boy their training class must be full of dope she seemed like a meth-head on down hill side of her buz. Recommended10/10 recommend! I was waiting for my insurance to arrange a tow out of a parking garage and they kept sending flat bed trucks vs a two wheel because other companies kept accepting the job when they shouldn't have. Aviles turned down the job and said they did not have a two wheel available. After having to reschedule for the next day, Aviles confirmed they had the correct truck available and arrived within 30 minutes of receiving the job. Joseph was professional and courteous; he called to let me know his estimated time of arrival.
This company took 4 hours to pick up my truck, never called me to say they will be so late.. secretary or whatever she was is so unprofessional, she copied my phone number and then sent me this text from 512- 861-1142 saying im a bitch. I dont know how they do business.
Worst customer service ever! Don't waste your time or money!
This is the only towing company I would use. Great people
This is the worst customer service! They kept me in the rain for over 2.5 hours. The driver didn't talk, they were not equipped to tow. Then they contact my insurance in hopes of me not getting a proper tow from my insurance. I will be reporting to the BBB. You guys are horrible!!!
