The receptionist behind the window is a rude as rude can get. She told me if i came before 10am my release price would be reasonable. So when i called to let them know i was coming to get my vehicle, she rudely said i had to make an appt at 9 and it wasnt scheduled til 10am just so they could tack on the extra $50 daily fee. These people are so greedy. And the hrs are set so you cant get your vehicle after 7pm, just to keep adding the daily rate. Greed and glutony is the only way to describe this company.
