Not sure how many people drive the company vehicle but they don't know how to drive. You're coming at regular speed and they want to turn in front of you and get in the way and then go extra slow. Is this company hoping you aren't paying attention so you can hit them from behind after they get in the way? They could've just waited at the stop for a few more seconds since they're clearly not in a hurry.
