Horrible experience. Super unprofessional and DIRTY. The only good thing was the tame impala poster on the wall . Don’t come here they are so rude!!! And not hygienic

Just to clarify my experience: I showed up on time. I waited an hour. I asked for basic hygiene. They responded with insults, threats, profanity, and a message saying they can ‘treat clients however they’d like.’ A reputable business doesn’t talk to customers like that—or call the cops because a client asks for clean hands. If this is how they speak to paying customers, imagine how they operate behind the scenes

I had an extremely unprofessional and upsetting experience here. I arrived on time for my appointment and waited almost an hour with no communication. When the tech finally approached me, I politely asked if she could wash her hands before working near my eyes — something that is standard hygiene. Instead of handling it professionally, she became upset and refused service.
