RecommendedThe Avila Apartments are a great place to call home. My husband and I moved in as newlyweds and stayed for 3 years. We loved living there. They have great office staff and a great maintenance team that my husband was actually a part of the last year we were there. They have a great location by being next to the freeway and have clean, new looking apartments as they are not that old. We will always remember our time at Avila!

Great place! Staff is very warm and caring...very friendly! Joey is awesome! Only concern I have is I think they should install a gate that goes into the bbq area and pools...So we don't have to worry about non Tennant over use.I do wish the theatre room and pool table etc was open later...some of us don't arrive home till late, it would be nice to be able to use it! :-) my apartment is brand-new and I couldn't be happier...already making good friends here!
