The amount of patience displayed by every person with whom i was in contact was phenomenal. I asked way more questions than i needed to, yet every one was answered honestly and thoughtfully. Made my appt for coolsculting almost 2 weeks in advance then got a call rescheduling me 2 hours prior my appt. (I live 1:40 minutes away so by then I already left my house) they knew it. The excuse was: someone was getting more areas done (I was only getting my chin) and payed in advance. � so NOT professional. Anyways I still went in on the new time they give me and got my chin done. I still don't know if it works or not. I'll be updating my review in 4-6 weeks after I see any changes. I had my lips done & some Botox and Kim was so nice & very gentile. The spa is so pretty & offers a lot of services as well as product. The girls there are great as well. Thanks Kim for the services and I'll be back!
