I cannot believe the total lack of customer service by this institution! I\'m a customer of the *** services and cannot get anyone to return an email (which is the only contact method). I call the phone number for customer service, and no matter what options are selected it ends with "There is no one available to speak to you, call back and maybe you will get lucky. Thank you for your understanding" I\'m sorry but I don\'t understand how you can stay in business.'
The worst customer service I have seen thus far, or rather complete lack thereof. I have a card that had $270 deposited on it, but when my doctor's office tries to charge it, it gets only half of the amount, and the automatic balance check says it has $0. Online portal suggests that I call ****** on the phone, but when you call them on the phone, all you get is a message "sorry, all the customer service agents are busy, call us some other time". And that's it, they hang up, no way to be put on hold, no concept of queue, call... read more

I have been trying to get my *** funds from my previous employers custodian transferred into my new Employers Custodian (Avidia). I initiated a transfer in May and the funds were released from my old custodian on 19th May 2020. I have been following up with Avidia on a regular basis, Initially I was told it takes 4 -6 weeks for the funds to be made available i was even given a confirmation number to say that they see the funds. 6 weeks go by , now the story changed to it take 6 - 8 weeks and there was nothing for me to worry... read more
Steals money from my HSA account in the form of "investment fees" despite having met the minimum requirement to waive this fee for MONTHS and is STILL TAKING MY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT even after being contacted and having a ticket opened by customer service. THIEVES!
AVIDIA bank comment. Moving into *** *******at Westboro in 2010, thodht having a bank in-house was a major ensentive. Now I find they are moving out. So a 1 star. To prepare for no in-house banking decided to use mobile banking, not a good idea. After several attempts and following directions I gave up so another 1 star. Too bad, my mothers old bank, ******** ******* has gone t seams with her, God Bless.
