why is there no longer a website, option for online rent payments or maintenance requests? This is the 21st century and for those of us that work full time during your business hours, getting rent turned in on time is nearly impossible.
My apartment is quite spacious and I really do like the centralized location. I do have to say that parking is absolutely idiotic here. I pay every month to have a space and many times when I get off a long shift at work and get home, I still don’t have a place to park. I think the cost of these apartments is a little high considering area. The pool and spa are often closed either due to unlisted reasons or misuse by another resident, quite unfortunate.
Leaking roofs , no response from management until the health department is called , parking is a joke. Management does not understand fair housing laws ( companion animals) ... I liken it to a circus with no direction, just a knee jerk reaction when things get really bad ... I had high hopes of saving some money on rent ( in preparation of home purchase ) the gym has multiple days that only one treadmill works , gym is in constant disarray, weights left all over TVs that you can only change the channel on one ... when manage... read more
Parking is outrageous, I have to park 2 complexes over because you can’t park at trax and street is always full. They say they don’t have passes available but there are always over 100 spots left open over night. Both my boyfriend and I have been towed and fined from trying to park where we LIVE. Lol
The parking! The dogs not being taken care of! The kids that run around unsupervised, and in the pool and hot tub.
RecommendedSeems like the towing company is getting paid to do nothing, ridiculous how people park on the fire lane areas and management does not care about it yet they always mention about the actions that towing company enforces.
Nice apartment, great neighbors, parking is always an adventure,
They are quick to resolve any issues and answer questions. Tidy property but could use more parking options.
