Colton was an excellent and super knowledgeable technician. He replaced our water softener in just two hours. I would highly recommend.
Very easy to work with, great price and service. Got a couple emailed quotes for a new water heater, the Avid quote was much lower than the other for the exact same brand and size compared to another company. Bill matched the quoted price. A couple guys came and got it installed in about 2 hours. Friendly and good service. Will definitely use Avid again for future plumbing needs.
