I don't trust anyone else for plumbing work! Avid does a fantastic job start to finish. Prompt communication to schedule and get someone out to the house right away, tech thoroughly explained the situation and options, all the parts needed for the job were on hand and job was done quickly!
I was impressed in many ways by Avid Plumbing . 1) First, and most importantly to us, they were able to come out on the same day to replace our broken water heater. 2) The plumber (I think his name was Andy), just went about his business and had the water heater installed quickly and efficiently. This company did an excellent job replacing our water heater. I had gone with another company initially for an appraisal and was told over 4500 for my water heater and softener but avid came and gave an honest review with no up charging for things that weren’t actually broke.
