I was having a problem with the pipes vibrating in the wall when the toilet was flushed. I called on Monday afternoon and Roger was here Tuesday morning. The problem was with the toilet, which was the original 40 year old one. I was able have the toilet replaced right away. Roger was friendly, professional and did not mind answering any questions. I have used Avid in the past and will use them again when needed. I definitely recommend them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
