These guys are unprofessional do not call them for help or anything related to plumbing of water heating whatsoever. They took complete advantage of me and my family's lack of knowledge of our water heater. We have a water heater that Avid installed a few years ago. It has not been producing adequate hot water for months. We called for help. A Avid plumber replaced the heating coils as he advised. Less than 60days later the water went cold again after a couple of minutes of use. So we schedule a repeat visit. The next Avid plumber said he would have never done what the first plumber did.
