Let me start by saying the customer service at this place is outstanding. They went above and beyond to help me get into a hotel room that booking.com messed up. They cared about me and my kids and treated us like family. Sedona at the front desk was so accommodating and comforting during our mix up. Every hotel needs a person like her working for them! I really liked this hotel. It was clean, the beds and pillows were comfy, the water pressure was good, the spray was fabulous, and the shower wasn't tiny. Soaps and conditioners are good quality. Says breakfast until 930am. We go downstairs at 9. There were no eggs only a few sausages, no potatoes. They wouldn't make more eggs because they said it wouldn't be ready but it was out when I came down at 9. They should have been cooking more before then. They did bring potatoes. Stayed here a few weeks ago and it did not disappoint. Will be staying there again in a couple weeks. Clean and super nice staff. Breakfast was very sufficient!
