I was in pain and suffering for weeks until I had my first visit with Tara! Not only did she fix my immediate problems, but now I feel better than I have in years!! I highly recommend paying a visit to this clinic !
Best chiropractic health and wellness center I have ever been to. I have a tendency to overuse my body and need help to be preventative and stay on track. Avid helps me to find areas I didn't know were strained and realign. The clinic can tell if I have recently had poor indigestion and also if my liver had been strained. Through resistance strength test and weekly appointments there is vast improvement so I can preform at a high level and be healthy both mind and body. They also offer supplements and training exercises.
I have been to many chiro's, but by far, Dr. Tara at Avid is the best. I am very hard on my body with running, sports and time at time at the gym. Dr. Tara believes in finding the root of the problem and really making sure it is fixed. Her intuitive nature makes her excel as a doctor. Most docs I have been to guess about what is wrong, adjusted me in a few spots, and gladly took my money and pushed me out the door. Not Dr. Tara.
