Absolutely the best gym - Avi and the instructors take time to work with each person on their needs, and work with you to work toward potential. I always worked out but never enjoyed it, I can say I love working out at avid and feel like I'm part of the avid family. I highly recommend for everyone to try some classes.
AVID is the place to be. Avi is a great instructor and has the BEST instructors working for him. It's a warm and friendly gym and has a class for everybody. Come down and see !!!! ;)
The classes and instructors are truly dedicated towards progress of each client. The classes are dynamic and motivating. I strongly encourage everyone to try a class at Avid! Best workout!
