The team of instructors at Avid are amazing! The 6am spin class is my favorite, it’s the perfect liftoff to my day. No matter what level you’re at, you’ll always walk out that door with an incredible boost of energy and motivation. It’s addictive! Avi is a great Cycologist! He really knows how to fire up the room with his energy. He even makes sure there’s something on the playlist for everyone - I sometimes can’t help but sing along while also spinning!
I was extremely impressed with my experience at Avid Fitness. The studio is very clean and the staff is very welcoming. The classes are filled with energy and enthusiasm. After every class I feel like I had an amazing workout.
