The beginning of July advance management got new workers and omg the worst thing they could have did. Claudia was wonderful… The new manager is ok, but that short African American woman that works in the office is RUDE via phone, in person when there is other people around her she’s nice but you can definitely tell when she in the office alone, please don’t do do have the same service in person or over the phone. When I first moved in, I immediately noticed that the sliding windows did not lock. It appeared the previous tenant had tried to rig a makeshift lock, but it was so poorly done that it served no purpose at all. To secure the windows, I snapped a metal mop handle in half—wedging one piece into the lower track and the other into the upper track—to keep them from sliding open.
