I’ve lived here for a year and I liked it! The only thing is the pool is shut down and the gates. Other than that, the staff was friendly and I had a very good experience.
Worst place. Gates have been broken for a year. I go there this morning and gates are working so I’m locked out. They can’t give me a code a bc it’s not their policy anymore. I had the code when I first signed up and it doesn’t work anymore. All they can tell me is that I should have my fob. Why would I carry around my fob if the gates don’t even work? I’ve been here since May 2017 & I must say it’s a great place to live! Super quiet! The maintenance guy is fantastic & enjoyed my entire year here. I highly recommend it.
I had an excellent experience living here. The apartment was nice and luxurious. But what make Aviator at Brooks stand out from other places are the management and staff. Toni and Kimberly are amazing. Kimberly especially went above and beyond for me. I thank her so much. Aviator at Brooks is also Military friendly. So if your looking for a nice apartment to live I highly suggest Aviator at Brooks.
