Management is impossible to contact. They do not answer emails. They do not answer voicemails. They do not respond to resident portal messages. Maintenance requests are acknowledged and then closed a few days later with no response, attempt at communication, or resolution.The dumpsters are practically always overflowing if it's not trash day.Water was turned off at least once a week on average, frequently with no more warning than a message sent out ***** minutes early, frequently with no warning at all.
Weve been having issues with our office management team every since we moved in July 2023 they do not honor agreements that were made within the lease and unlawful act have been continuously going on. When confronted about property and/or rent issues the management team is swapped out with new people who are obviously of whats going on. I have a camera on my patio facing the parking lot and it I was witnessed that when we went over to have a conversation with management the doors were locked @ 9am opening time, and lights we... read more

RecommendedThe Aviator Apartment homes are in better hands now then they were last December when I moved in. There may be issues regarding water, and bugs but WE FINALLY HAVE A COMPANY THAT CARES about us. A month ago my family and I Were living in 1630 104 and our unit alone , the inside of my house was flooding , molding and falling apart. The regional manager Kyle came out as soon as he could and because of Leah our manger on site we have been listened to and cared for tremendously. This place is a dump the hallways always smell there is always a water problem here,there are two to three drive by shootings a year. I wouldn’t recommend this place to live at all, We are trying so hard to get out of here,
I have been a resident at the property in Colorado Springs, Colorado, at the Aviator Apartments for over a year, there have been constant repairs to the water system. I am understanding that repairs need to happen however the way it has been gone about is getting out of control. I always pay my rent on time, and It's unbelievable to me that I pay close to 1400 a month when not having hot water, let alone any water is a weekly if not daily concern. Have one of the basic essentials of living for your residence. WATER! It's off more than it's on.
cockroaches for one, and they do nothing about it until a month and a half goes by. also havent given me my mail key and it's been two months
My ex daughter in law lives there. And at least once a month for a week they almost can’t live in their home because of flooding or some kind. They get harassed from bullies upstairs, but because she has a autistic child. They are the ones being evicted.
