RecommendedThe Aviator Apartment homes are in better hands now then they were last December when I moved in. There may be issues regarding water, and bugs but WE FINALLY HAVE A COMPANY THAT CARES about us. A month ago my family and I Were living in 1630 104 and our unit alone , the inside of my house was flooding , molding and falling apart. This place is a dump the hallways always smell there is always a water problem here,there are two to three drive by shootings a year. I wouldn’t recommend this place to live at all, We are trying so hard to get out of here,
Have one of the basic essentials of living for your residence. WATER! It's off more than it's on.
cockroaches for one, and they do nothing about it until a month and a half goes by. also havent given me my mail key and it's been two months
My ex daughter in law lives there. And at least once a month for a week they almost can’t live in their home because of flooding or some kind. They get harassed from bullies upstairs, but because she has a autistic child. They are the ones being evicted. they refuse to let me out of my lease without fees, after a drive by shooting last Monday that ended after 10-15 shots fired. One bullet entered my kitchen right where my kids were standing. & they don't think that's reason enough to let me out of my lease so I can find A SAFER home for my kids
My son and his family live at these apartments. There was a drive by shooting that resulted in bullet entering his home where his 2 toddlers were. The apartment complex doesn't see a problem with it and cannot understand why they want to move.
Thanks for the heads up on no water all day and I guess all night.
My son's lived in this apartment complex for a year 8 months out of that year they had bed bugs I do not recommend moving to this apartment complex unless of course you want to be Infested by bed bugs.
