I went in the other day for a tour. I was greeted promptly with a very warm welcome. The ladies in the front office seems very nice and very sweet. I must say once my lease is up at my current apartment I will be coming back to Aviare to sign my new lease!! Im so excited and lookin forward to my new apartment.
This is the worst place to live..... The ladies up at the office are rude, and love to tell you there gonna call you with an answer and never do Thier maintenance don't know how to do there job.. I hate this place so much they make you renew your lease 3 months in advance so that you will get stuck with staying there....and etc I rate this place a 0 ... Ugh...my apt flooded because the upstairs people heater burst I told them at 3pm after I got off work tell me why it's 5pm and no one's has come.... They sucked at their jobs... read more
