Do not and I mean do not rent here! The apartments are infested with mold and they are trying to cover it up. Proof is hard to deny when there are samples, pictures, videos, and even an email from Patty admitting it was mold.

Excellent service would highly recommend. And in a convenient location
We've lived here for 2 years and just renewed our lease for a 3rd. The apartments are a little old but well maintained. I've never lived in a quieter area. Absolutely no complaints about maintenance or management.
I have lived here 1 year and a half and the complex is old but clean and very quiet. The staff is great and courteous at all times. When I first moved in they had horrible ratings and for the life of me I cannot understand why. My living experience there has been great so far, from day one.
It is a great Living Community and the location is awesome! Near shopping centers and Restaurants. Everything you need is within a five minute drive. Not to mention Midland College,Midnald County Library and Midland Park Mall are a couple of minutes away :)
