The reason I decided to move into this apartment is because of the people who work in this community. In particular, Angel does a great job, and her hospitality was definitely the key factor in my decision to move here. Kudos to Angel!
El gimnasio lleva 1 año cerrado por un aparato que está roto,a lo que no le han dado solución . La piscina desde que empezaron las vacaciones los niños no han podido disfrutar apenas de ella porque encontraron botellas de cerveza en un cesto de basura . Las medidas más fácil o más cómoda es cerrar las instalaciones de disfrute de los inquilinos que te están pagando una renta en la que incluyen estos servicios como beneficio .
The Aviare is a well-managed apartment complex with an excellent maintenance staff. The complex is clean and orderly, with a welcoming management staff. The swimming pool and gym give it a resort-like feel.
Miss Angel followed on with me and with a very short notice showed us a 2B2B apartment. She explained all the features available in the apartment and helped us understand the policies. It was nice meeting her. Unfortunately we didn't take the apartment as the move-in dates didn't suit me. It is a great place and community.
