Property manager (Daniel) showed us unit and property without any concerns and are very pleased with him and property. He's very knowledgeable of area and helpful with needs.
This was my family and mines first apartment. We moved in about 4.5 years ago when my wife and I had our first child. Our son grew up here. Our experience has had some ups and downs. For the cons, a couple roof leaks and broken appliances. But it's gonna happen, whether its at another apartment or house. Stuff like these will happen. For the PROS: a daily garbage pick up service by your door. You don't have to go all the way down or walk to another section of the Community. I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company as a prospective tenant recently. I toured with Daniel and found a unit I liked, I was hesitant on the rapid price increase that happened within a day so he agreed verbally and in writing to allow me to have the unit for the price before the increase if I pursued the unit within a time frame. After the tour I let Daniel know I would be receiving temporary assistance and after I said that he completely changed his tone and demeanor towards me, totally different person.... read more
