I’ve been a resident here for two years going on three. There was a recent change in management back in July and I can already see the improvements being made. I do want to highlight the leasing agent Zoe, assistant manager Blanca, and the lead of maintenance, Jaime. They have been so helpful and wonderful. Update ***new owners same management*** Same issues the office staff does not communicate with each other. Nobody ever knows anything. I was told that I was on a Promotional charge for parking although I’m being charged the full price I’ve been in the office several times to have this fixed but I’m always being told that they just transitioned to new owners, that was 3weeks ago. communication with the new management needs improvement. I continuously call and no one answers. I’ll call in the morning and wait to try again in the afternoon. I understand things get busy and leasing agents are giving tours of the property. However, when I go up there and see so many people in the office and yet my phone call can’t be answered..it’s frustrating. Manager or leasing agent, the phone needs to be answered.
I've been here roughly two weeks now and will be updating this review during my lease here. Communication is much to be desired. In fact, I believe they need to hire additional staff. They rarely answer the phone and seem not to know things after numerous calls about the same matter. I requested a garage and have many different responses, and it's been almost two weeks, I still dnt have a clear answer on that.
