Don’t move here I’m saving you the time and money, this new management is bs they claim to be luxury now installing small lights instead of working on your work orders, not to mention they didn’t have people picking up your trash for the “valet trash” for days just for them to say they can’t take off any of the charges so you’ll basically be paying for things that aren’t being done. Shout out the maintenance guy Adrian who came and found out what was wrong with my ac, and fixed it, I been having high temperatures all summer and he was the only one who FIXED it, very respectful and he got everything I needed done done!

Don’t move here, these apartments is infested with raccoons. the raccoons 🦝 run through the hallway they will attack you your kids. I can’t get inside my apartment because of the raccoons. always these apartments has internal issues. the apartment upstairs from water leak through my ceiling. something is always leaking in the bathrooms or the kitchen. The front office don’t care. I heard raccoons 🦝 in my wall, they did not resolve the problem or sent a pest control
