Terrible! i am getting married without a wedding band. I chose this company after looking at all the shipping details and they made it very clear that it would be 7 day business processing and 2 day shipping unless your item was out of stock, none of which my product was nor was i notified it it has now been over a month, and i've been lied to and issued a tracking number on a product that never shipped. i have emails that state they planned to shipped at the end of the week over 2 weeks ago.
