These guys are amazing and they do great work. I do not know where all this negativity is coming from, the order took a tiny bit longer than expected but that is just because they wanted to go through quality checks and make sure that everything was 100% solid. I bought a Diamond Cuban Chain and it was well worth the wait and the money. BUYER BEWARE!! This business is not accredited by the BBB and has a C rating. After the bad experience my husband and I had, I can see why. On March 23, 20121, I purchased a 18K Gold Necklace to Avianne Jewelry for $3,201.00. AVIANNE JEWELRY sent the gold necklace thru FEDEX. I never received the item and Avianne Jewelry is waiting for FEDEX and its insurance company to refund to me the $3,201.00.
