I have had all of my birds treated at this office and have never had anything but a perfect experience. The staff are so genuinely invested in the health and happiness of my pets, I am very grateful for the care I have received here <3
Very knowledgeable and friendly team but they need to work on listening to their clients. I came in because my bunny had a case of pasteurella (which was diagnosed by a different vet before I adopted her) and was given spotty treatments of an antibiotic and wasn’t responding to it. This is a classic case of antibiotic resistance. I told the vet my suspicions multiple times but they insisted on continuing with the same antibiotic plus three other unnecessary (and expensive) medications that didn’t do anything to improve her c... read more
