They take good care of our Sonoran desert tortoise.
The kindest, loving staff and vet I’ve visited, they were gracious with the passing of it pet, and even sent a personal card with a hand-drawn portrait of our “Winnie” after she passed. Highly recommended!
Always friendly, always caring, and always professional. They show they are at ease and with care hold my parrots. My birds seem at ease also with them. Dr McLaughlin is wonderful and I’m glad she is their vet. Merry Christmas.
Dr. Driggers was awesome and extremely knowledgeable. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming including the 2 beautiful cockatoos as soon as I entered the building.
I haven't been away from our brotogeris,bee bee parrot in the 2 years he's been on the planet. We decided to take a weekend trip to the high country.I was worried about him because he has stress seizures. We boarded little Louie with Dr McLaughlin who said she would keep him in her office .When we arrived, the wonderful staff had everything set up for him,listened to every worried word from me and helped me feel comfortable with leaving. I haven't had to take my bearded dragon to the vet before so I was, of course, a little nervous. All nervousness went away as soon as I met the staff. I could tell they were extremely knowledgeable in this field. Dan (the tech) and Dr. Scagnelli were both awesome and far exceeded my expectations! I have been bringing my exotic pets to AEAC for about four years now. They take wonderful care of the hedgehog, the rats, and the parakeets. 😍 Everyone there seems to just adore animals, they’re compassionate and interested in making sure the animal gets the care they need while also understanding that hubs and I are not made of money. Dr. M is who we see most often and she really knows her stuff! The birds in the lobby are just great, too.
