Trash I’m so glad I don’t live here anymore! The Apt’s are literally junk! The structure outside is the worst I’ve ever seen in my entire apt living for the amount of money you pay these apts are garbage! The outside is the worst the gutters are falling off if it rains you will get poured on if it snows you won’t be able to get out your Apt the steps are horrible and unsafe for any human to walk on just a bad vibe in the whole community I would not recommend anyone live here unless your desperate and don’t have anywhere else... read more
I had a horrible experience the last year of being there was there a total of 3yrs. What really got me is when they were rebuilding on the stairs in my building and they never moved me out but everyone else in the apartment complex did because i asked different ones also my entire time living there my toilet and my tub stayed backed up i lived in unit 512 also i had mice like crazy then i had gnats coming from my garbage disposal its like everything was falling apart and they did not care and its so may negative things wrong... read more
Moving to Indianapolis seemed impossible until I spoke with Shawn Gilbert at Avia Lofts. Shawn made the move in process absolute seamless and super fast! The neighborhood is conveniently placed and offers a quiet cozy place to call home. I would recommend!
G maps has Zaxbys located here. I'm installing a recording video camera in my loft. I keep finding things moved out of place. Could be a family member. Will delete review once it stops and rerate. What's the joke I dropped the question mark because its rhetorical.
When moving to Indianapolis, I was looking for a short-term lease at a nice place with an affordable price-tag. At AVIA Lofts, I found just that. After moving in, I encountered a smoky smell problem which was swiftly fixed by property management. The apartments are nice and renovated, with ample space. The Amazon Lockers are amazing, and the payment platform seamless--- ONLY ONE BILL. No Wi-fi is included, but Xfinity can be set up third-party very easily.
