Our stay was very pleasant until faced with the rudeness of the graveyard-shift cashier named Sandy, who, at 6:30am, with nothing else to do, refused to redeem my 87-year old mom's cashout vouchers, telling her to go do them herself at the automated machine. We filed a report with security (no casino manager onsite.) The attitude Sandy showed my mom is UNACCEPTABLE! Will be taking our business elsewhere if no response is received from management.

Close to everything but not right in the middle. Very friendly staff and great table playing! Only thing I didn’t like was the pool was behind the hotel so at 2ish the sun was already gone, but still a very nice pool the hot tub jets worked my sore muscles. Didn’t try the restaurants but they look nice. Maid survive was very good as well. I would recommend this hotel. Oh yeah and a fun arcade so if you don’t want to gamble or have kids you can play in there too!

I have eaten at the Harvest buffet many times but this was not one of the better ones. Limited amount of hot vegetables, one of the meat entrees was almost empty and not much variety. Our server however was excellent.
