The reservation desk was awful very rude took us forever to get our rent the buffet was awful the food was Luke warm not even hot poor selection of food .

This is the 5th year in a row that we have stayed in at the Avi for our annual family get together and always give the benefit of the doubt and think it will get better every year but that is not the case especially this year. To start the vent in the bathroom was not working and the door did not lock. Second, when we went to bed there were blonde hairs in the bed as if the sheets were not changed (my hair is dark brown and my husband is bald!). It was our first time there and we had a blast. I can’t wait to come back. I had some good luck on the roulette table. That always makes it fun. There was a great band playing in the lounge Friday night.

Very disappointed we came to the movie theater we got 5large drinks and 2large popcorn,4small kids meals. The drinks had no gas just tasted like sugar water, popcorn had so much butter it did not look like butter looked more like oil our hands were so greasy she didn’t even ask if we wanted butter we had so many of us we didn’t notice until the movie was starting at that point we didn’t want to miss the movie so we just tried to eat the popcorn that was the least greasy. My family and I just spent the 4th of July here at the Avi hotel for the first time and absolutely LOVED IT! From the moment we checked it we had great customer service. Our housekeeper Carla was so sweet and kept our room nice and neat our entire stay. The girls working in Kids Quest were also awesome. Being that it was our first time I had a lot of questions and wanted a tour and they were more then happy with answering all of them and showing me around. Went on Sunday to hear the new trio KWZ!!! They were great!!! Good selection of songs .... loved to be able to play video poker, listen to the band and still chat with friends!!! Nice Sunday evening fore sure!! Will be back next week to hear them play again on Sunday!!!!

Two of our friends put $20 in the machine One cash out with 200 and the other cashed out with 145. And then there was a good band we just wanted to relax too and have a couple drinks it was called KWZ on Sunday night They were awesome. Not so loud where you can’t hear The person next to you talking. Love the pool and the beach area . Going back next Sunday to listen to KWZ band With a group of friends.
