I am currently a guest here and am not sure how this place qualifies as a three star hotel. I was placed in a room covered in huamn urine, there looked like blood stains on the carpet, and the TV stand was broken. The shower in my room was broken as well and was flooding the kitchen and bedroom area and there was water all over the carpet and tile. I made a complaint and was told to go back to my room and run the shower again to see if it happens again. As I predicted, it obviously happened again. I reported back to the fron... read more

I liked playing at the casino, but we were there in the same slot machine for over an hour and no one even asked if I wanted a drink. My boy liked playing at the arcade room. My boy, my husband and I decided to eat at the Sbarro pizza place and that was nice. My boy went to play at arcade, and my husband and I went back to the same slot machine, no one asked if we wanted a drink again. But it was very nice casino. Stayed in one of the newly remodeled mini suites. Absolutely amazing. Knocked it out of the park on the remodel. Will he back in a few weeks for Labor Day celebration, BBQ, and Firewoeks. Best resort property in all of Laughlin.
