Three times now have I had a procedure scheduled with Dr. Chavda that his office failed to get approved by insurance prior to my procedure, and I know it’s not my insurance company holding it up - it's a complete lack of follow-up and follow-through with his staff. Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Professional, punctual, and overall a great team. The nurse practitioner Jen was very patient as I was a bit nervous. She made everything seamless. Thanks to the whole staff who made this a great experience for me!
