Great location, Quiet for the amount of children and management is nice and attentive. Would recommend for work from home people or families.
Mike the property manager is the absolute BEST I’ve ever experienced. He’s got such a warm and welcoming personality, he definitely makes it feel like home around here. He made the move in process so pleasant, quick, and easy. When I had a work order he was very quick at making sure it was addressed and fixed. He and the maintenance man are the best duo. I plan to stay here for years to come.
This is my first ever apartment. It’s close to the beaches and my workplace and I live in a 2 bedroom apartment. The rent is very inexpensive and the apartment itself has been very nice. It’s very clean as long as you keep yourself clean (which you should as a grown adult) and the neighborhood also seems to be very good for kids. I don’t have any kids of my own but it’s nice to see there’s a lot of family’s here.
LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I lived at Seaside for a little over a year. Mike, the Property Manager, is absolutely amazing. Very personable and professional. Genna, the Maintenance Supervisor, completes workorders so quickly. Highly recommend this community!!
If your looking for a quite place to call home Seaside is it . Not only is it conveniently located by the beach but office staff and maint couldn't be more helpful. Mike is so good with follow ups he is making sure my experience here is nothing but amazing. Genna the maint guy also has such a quick turn around time. I needed a light fixed and he was there within 5 minutes. All and all I am happy I locked myself in for a 15 month lease
